Picnic & Tailgate Menu

Picnic & Tailgate Buffet is a drop-off service.  An additional 75¢ per guest will be charged for disposable plates, napkins, and flatware.  Please ask about additional plateware options.  Full-service buffet ~ including set-up, buffet attendant, and buffet clean-up is available for $20 per hour, per server (2 server minimum).

One entrée choice $9.00 per person
Two entrée choices $10.50 per person
(30 guest minimum – Adjusted prices for less than 30 guests)

Boar’s Head Brand Deli Sliced Cold Sandwiches
Ham, Oven Gold Turkey, or Roast Beef with Wisconsin Cheddar, Swiss, or Provolone on a variety of breads. Served with lettuce, mayonnaise, and Boar’s Head Brand deli mustard.
 

 Hamburgers
One-quarter pound, fresh, hand-pattied burgers.  Served with
bakery rolls.

 
 
Hot Beef Sandwiches
Your choice of classic gravy or BBQ sauce.
Served with bakery rolls.

 

Hot Pork Sandwiches
Your choice of classic gravy or BBQ sauce.
Served with bakery rolls.
 
 
 
Hot Turkey Sandwiches
Prepared in a classic cream gravy.

Served with bakery rolls, ketchup,
Boar’s Head Brand deli mustard, relish and raw onions.

Served with bakery rolls, ketchup, raw onions,
